With a fleet of 8 CNC lathes and 1 Mazak Mill/Turn machine, our capabilities span from small-scale to large-scale projects.
Our CNC lathes handle diameters of up to 1350mm and lengths of 5000mm, while our Small Super turns accommodate dimensions of up to 250mm in diameter and 500mm in length.
Our Mill/Turn twin turret Mazak machine also offers a capacity of 760mm in diameter by 1000mm in length.

As one of the few machine sites in the country offering large capacity trepanning services, we operate Binns & Berry and Hwacheon machines capable of trepanning up to 240mm in diameter and 1500mm in length.
Our first stage machining services cover blocking up faces, bores, and diameters.

Equipped with 2 CNC milling machines, we provide 4-axis milling up to 600x300mm and 3-axis milling up to 1300x450mm to meet diverse project requirements.

Our full CAD/CAM service utilises software like Feature CAM, Rhino, Solidworks, and Autocad, enabling us to perform reverse engineering tasks or design and manufacture components from scratch.
We seamlessly incorporate customer drawings in DFX format or program offline from paper copies.

Featuring an Agie Charmilles CUT E 600 wire eroding machine, we specialise in cutting complex shapes from various steel grades with a maximum capacity of 1030x800x350 mm.
Our capabilities also extend to taper cutting up to 30 degrees.

Utilising our Mitutoyo 3 Axis CMM equipped with geometric measuring programs and contour scanning software, we ensure precision and accuracy in our products.
The measuring range spans 600x700x350mm, for meticulous quality control.
